I just bought myself some synthetic hair extensions that don't work with heat. I wish they could use this heat friendly synthetic material on all their synthetic products.

When it arrived, I couldn't wait to try it. I saw the video and it looked so easy. Well its not that easy. You have to have four hands and eyes in the back of your head to make it look good. When I put it on and looked in the mirror to see how it looked, the velcro was showing and didn't feel at all secure. The comb is about an inch and doesn't really feel like it would stay in more than an hour, if that. I would return it but to pay the shipping and then pay 20% restocking fee, it isn't worth it.

I absolutely love it! I see Gerri's comment and I think maybe it would help if you use a fairly thick elastic band when you put your hair into the pony tail...then push the clip under that elastic. That helped me...and it it's stayed in just fine. It looks natural and feels soft...I would recommend it!

I think the idea is great. It did take practice to make it work but for me, but it just looked 'too professional' for an everyday wear. I don't like the hair looking wrap around piece- it looked a little much and mine kept falling out of the bobby pins holding it, no matter how I wrapped and pinned it.

This pony is GREAT... I have almost shoulder length layerd bob that I am growing out and this is perfect.. I had to play around with it a bit to get it right but now I can actually wear to the gym and run on the treadmill without any fear of it falling out.. I did have my hair dresser cut it to a more natural length for me but I've tried curling it with a curling iron and it doesn't girl.. I'm afraid to turn the heat up because I heard it can melt.. Any suggestions.. I'm definitely ordering another one.

Just got it in the mail today and was super impressed by the quality it is. So soft and it says you can use styling tools! I also think they need more color options. Unfortunately mine doesn't match like the picture showed, so I have to do an exchange. Still love it though.

Very easy to use and looks great, I have had a hard time finding a color to match my own hair, their choices made it very easy. I was afraid it would be hard to put on and keep on, but that was not the case... the key is to make sure your "real" ponytail is tight and the wrap around piece is tight and it will stay put til you take it off.
VERY HAPPY!!

I could not get the "heat friendly" hair to curl at all! Did anyone else have this problem? I am considering ordering the new "Bump up the Volume" HairDo extensions, but am hesitant since it says it too is the "heat friendly synthetic hair".

i got this hair pc to go to a wedding with and it was great!! im a hair stylist but this was super ez to use! however i couldnt get it to curl like the way it is in the picture. but other than that i LOVED it

Looks natural and actually if you have a poufy ponytail to begin with. If your ponytail is skimpy, it will look like a string on the back of your head. The bump up is 10xxx better! It's shorter but has so much more volume. If you must get this, I suggest putting your hair in a super loose bun with a few peices sticking out and then putting the pony over.

Fast shipping, great quality. Feels very real and the color is beautiful. I thought this was very easy to put in. I love that it has velcro to help keep it closed and came with two heavy duty bobby pins. It was really long for my taste, so I cute it. I'm not a hairstylist at all and it still looks great. I chopped about 1/4 of the end off. Not straight across, but a layered look like it came. Looks awesome. Looks so much more real. Feels very secure and I have VERY thin hair. This baby isn't going anywhere!

Looks pretty, but it's too heavy. It weighs down your hair, so the top of your head looks flat, unlike the picture of jessica simpson wearing the pony.

Hair piece seems nice but trying to get the right color was challenging. With the clip in bang ordered, along with shipping, exchanges were getting pretty expensive because when you expedite the exchange, they charge your credit card again for the new order. After the third exchange, the company had about 200.00 dollars out of my account, none of which would be refunded for two weeks. Then, I would not receive the pony and bangs before my event, so I canceled the order and WOW, I LOST THE PRICE OF SHIPPING x's 3 AND A WHOPPING 25% FOR RESTOCKING THE ORDER. HOW UNETHICAL!!! Vogue.com has no restocking fee, for those of you that have hard to match hair.

Love the nice long length of this pony. Did have to work a bit getting it wrapped around my pony to where my natural hair is not sticking out. Additionally, you have to be carefull as you wrap & attach that hair is not getting stuck to the velcro. I have to gently pull hair out of the velcro each time. Yes, as others have noted it does seem to tangle easily. My husband loves it, and overall I am satisified with it. Just wish hair didn't keep getting stuck in the velcro.

I have three hairdo pieces and this is my least favorite one. I can wear my pony for 5 minutes and it's knotted up and looks terrible. It would be much better as a human hair pony. I do not recommend this to anyone.

I absolutely LOVE this pony! I have it in Midnight Brown. It's so easy to use and it looks amazingly real! People who don't know I have short compliment me on my styles with this pony all the time!

I received the 18" wrap around pony in 14/88H. The color matches my own hair perfectly!! I do have a few complaints, however. I have very fine straight hair so I have to use a LOT of blonde bobby pins (it came with black) to keep the wrap-around part tucked in and to anchor the piece to my hair. It comes straight and it's very difficult to curl. It frizzed when I curled it. I used a 250 degree setting on my curling iron so I did it right. I had to have my stylist trim it for me. It tangles horribly, unlike human hair pieces I own. Could you possibly make this ponytail in a human hair version? Overall I'd recommend this piece but I don't think it will last very long with regular wear. Good thing it's inexpensive.

I justt received my pony in the mail & I LOVE IT! It feels 100% natural, bounces naturally, & stays in great! It took me 2 times to figure out how to put it on, but after only a day I'm a natural at it! It looks good with half up & half down.

I've been experiencing the same thing here, using Firefox 2 on a Win/XP machine. Happens nearly all the time whenever I leave Yahoo mail. And it isn't just trying to logout but simply just navigating away by clicking on a bookmark or typing in a new URL in the address bar.
