All personal information collected on this site is kept strictly confidential and not sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Your personal information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience a success. Strict guidelines are adhered to in order to keep your personal information private.

In an effort to provide the best service to our clients, periodically sends out special offers and discounts via electronic notice (email). At any time you may unsubscribe to our notices, simple use the unsubscribe link in the footer section of our email.



To ensure your shopping experience is safe and secure, our site is designed to use 128–bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This encryption keeps your personal information, including your credit card, secure from theft. Our web site is also actively monitored 24x7 to make sure that we are always open, safe and ready for shopping.



We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal. For your convenience, we also accept Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. No personal checks please.

NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.



We use a secure server for your privacy and security. Online payment using the above mentioned credit cards can be made in the following way:

When you are ready to check out, you will be taken to a secure checkout page. Please fill out the following information:

  1. Your name (as it reads on your credit card)
  2. Your billing address (to verify authorization)
  3. Your phone number (during business hours in the event we need to contact you about your order)
  4. Your email (where you can receive order confirmations and tracking info.)
  5. Your credit card type, number, and expiration date



A fee of $5.00 will automatically be charged for any changes or modifications you request to your order after the order is placed. This includes item, color, payment, shipping, or coupon redemption changes. Requests for changes to orders will be accepted up to 10:00 AM (CST) the following business day.



Our goal is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, exchange it for FREE! (Product must be eligible for exchange)

No Restocking Fees! We will waive all fees associated with your eligible exchange. Shipping charges will apply.

The same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your exchange order, unless specified otherwise on the Exchange Request Form (included on reverse of packing slip). Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order.



Need your exchange product now? Place a new order online or call 1-800-581-8206. We will ship your new product without delay if you agree to have the new purchase charged to your credit card. Indicate the new order number on the Exchange Request Form and when we receive and process the eligible returned product, we'll issue a refund without restocking fees.



We gladly accept returns on all eligible products (see below). We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer, a 25% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Once the restocking fee is applied, any balance remaining will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order.



  • Products must be: In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
  • Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)
  • Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving your original order.
  • Products must not be: Last call or clearance items, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, special order items and wholesale orders.

If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will email you the option of:

  1. Returning the item(s) to you at your cost
  2. Donating the item(s) to the American Cancer Society (receipt of donation available upon request). You will receive a coupon for 20% off a future purchase with for your donation to charity.

Ineligible item(s) will be automatically donated 30 days after receipt.

NOTE: A wig hygiene guard is provided with every wig for use when trying the wig on. This helps to maintain the products eligibility for exchange/return.



Repackage your item(s) along with the completed Exchange Request Form (included on reverse of packing slip), and mail it to the address on the form within 10 days of receipt of original shipment.



If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, please contact us; 1–800–581–8206 (press option 4) or email us.



For credit cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

Note: we cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.



We offer 6 shipping options:

  • FREE - Ground Shipping, all orders over $79.00 (US Customers Only)
  • US Ground shipping takes 7–9 business days: $7.95
  • US Air shipping takes 3–5 business days: $14.95
  • US Express shipping takes 2–3 business days: $39.95
  • Canada Air shipping takes 5–14 business days: $29.95**
  • International shipping takes 8–14 business days: $54.95**

    *             All shipping promotions apply to US Ground shipments only.

    **           We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.



    For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing order; there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.



    Orders are processed within 12 hours of order placement. Contingent on stock availability, orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected (US Air, US Ground, Canada Air or International) on the order form.

    Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

    We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please contact customer service.



    All discount and coupon offers are limited to one per order.
