This pieces has golden blonde in it, it is not gray and white, now I have to pay shipping to return and a re stocking fee! Fix your descriptions please

No complaints about the seller, but this item is a bit fake-looking. It is very shiny, does not hold any amount of curl, and has the two stubborn side flairs which won't stay put when blended with your own hair. I cut them off, which helped. The bangs in front are very thick and separate into clumps if you try to wear them straight down.
