Extensions.com respects and protects the privacy of our users. For your privacy protection, all packages will ship from Beauty & Hair.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.


We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

To ensure your shopping experience is safe and secure, our site is designed to use 128–bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This encryption keeps your personal information, including your credit card, secure from theft. Our web site is also actively monitored 24x7 to make sure that we are always open, safe and ready for shopping.



We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal. For your convenience, we also accept Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. No personal checks please.

NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.

When you are ready to check out, you will be taken to a secure checkout page. Please fill out the following information:

  1. Your name (as it reads on your credit card)
  2. Your billing address (to verify authorization)
  3. Your phone number (during business hours in the event we need to contact you about your order)
  4. Your email (where you can receive order confirmations and tracking info.)
  5. Your credit card type, number, and expiration date


RETURN POLICY - Updated June 17, 2022

Your satisfaction is our goal. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products (Altered Packaging or Product, Worn, or Damaged items are not eligible for return). Start your return process at www.hairextensions.com/returns.


There are no return/restocking fees on orders returned for store credit or refund. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products where the product or packaging has not been altered, worn, or damaged no later than 30 days of the shipping date. When using the pre-paid label to return your order, a return shipping charge of $10.95 will be deducted from the return amount. 

We will process your refund within 3 business days from receiving your return. Please keep in mind your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.




Repackage your item(s) as received and ensure your item is sufficiently boxed and secure. Print the return shipping label that you received from the www.hairextensions.com/returns page. By using this return label, your return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or store credit. When packaging, ensure the RMA number is visible on the outside of the box.  

Any other address used will put your item at risk for getting lost in the mail, sent to the wrong company, or delaying your refund.

Note: Returns must be initiated within 30 days after shipping date from hairextensions.com. 



If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, please contact us; 1–800–581–8206 (press option 4) or email us.



For credit cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

Note: we cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.

Orders may take between 1-3 business days to process before shipping out.

Shipping Options

We offer 6 shipping options:

  •     US Ground*
  •     Free Ground for orders over $150 and within the US (7-9 business days)
  •     US 2nd Day Air
  •     US Next Day Air
  •     Canada Air
  •     Worldwide Expedited

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout along with delivery time estimates.


*All shipping promotions apply to US Ground shipments only. Note: US Air shipping is the required option for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska – US Ground shipping is not an option.

**           We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.  Any refused international packages (including Canada) will only be refunded 50% of the total amount of the products (only).



For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing order; there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.



Orders are captured in our system immediately after placing the order. Any changes to an order must be made before we ship the item, which can be as fast as 5 minutes.

Orders may take a few days to process before shipping out during busy periods, holidays and over weekends.

Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected (US Air, US Ground, Canada Air or International) on the order form.

NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please contact customer service.



All discount and coupon offers are limited to one per order.
