We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products (altered packaging/product, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return) postmarked back to us within 30 days from original ship date. See Return Product Eligibility for full details. Return your item(s) with NO fees (excluding return shipping cost).
When returning your item, you may choose from these options:
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from receiving your return. Typically, financial institutions will process within 3 to 9 business days. Please note: your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.
From September 5, 2020 you now have 30 days from the date of shipping to return your product(s) to us.
