First, application is a little difficult and frustrating, but keep practicing. You’ll get it. Second, yes, it’s shiny, but a spritz of dry shampoo makes it look natural as ever. My natural pony is about the size of a rat tail snd about 4 inches long. My hair is thin. But I can now get this on securely and positioned where I don’t feel any pulling. Just keep practicing.

This item is so pretty, I feel like I have hair again! It makes me feel very feminine to have such beautiful locks. Everyone complimented me and thought is was my hair. After alopecia, I was feeling really down about my hair and now I feel so much better. Incidentally, the color matched on the first order! There are various colors in the ponytail and they matched my current color.

Perfect grey color to match my partially grown out grey hair. I got the R56/60 color that combines white, greys and a little brown and it works great. Only drawback is that it could have been a little thicker - but it does cover my brown ponytail!
