Poor, the item came defective the quality of hair look very fake and not full enough I returned this item right away

Very easy to use

I had previously ordered a color I thought would match, but it was way off. When contacting customer support, I was able to send a couple pictures showing my hair. Through that, they were able to determine the right color! The color is a perfect match! I love the piece and the way it clips in, but at this point, I just don't have enough hair on my crown to cover over it, but I will keep trying different placements in my hair, other than what thry recommend.

I am shopping for wigs/hairpieces/extensions, etc., to make my hair look fuller and am pretty inexperienced. Thank you for the opportunity to order/receive/exchange/refund my selections, so easily and so quickly! I'm no longer looking at other hair sites because of your customer service!

The item was excellent but too shiny and would not curl at all. Color was also off. I love the whole concept though. Perfect as far as the type of piece I was looking for. I returned the product and ordered the same thing in human hair.
