17 yrs wearing Kristen. Some wig help and advice of my 27yrs of trials and errors. 😂
Kristen was my first wig. I own 7. All same color. Strawberry syrup. I learned through you tube how to wear, and take care of wigs.
17 yrs with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Sjogrens… my joints and fatigue do not allow me to get my hair colored anymore. Too much time in the hairdressers chair. My neck can’t handle the leaning back to have my hair shampooed and rinsed. It’s too painful on hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders to blow out my hair with the blow dryer and rolling brush. . So I resorted to wigs. I am 50yrs old now. I was diagnosed in my 30s. Being as how it’s not cancer, I have no hope for curing it. No hope for remission or having it take my life. So this is a very long suffering. If you can find a wig to help you feel good and get out of the house- IT LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE!
Yes, I am NOT being dramatic. I have lived a rough life as a young woman . I’ve lived rough. For those who knows what that means, So, I’m not “crying in my beer” esp. since I do not drink at all anymore. 🤪PUN, HA!
I have been a : Daughter, Mother, Wife, Caregiver, Nurse ( now retired) and most importantly to ME, a Christian for MANY a years now. But, even with a strong faith. Chronic illness, depression and side effects of medications can and have made me want to give up, give in and throw away the towel many times. It is called chronic illness burnout.
I am so thankful our creator and Heavenly Father does not judge our moods, but our hearts! The whole picture, not a bad day.
