Perry | Synthetic Lace Front Wig

The wig arrived quickly. Because I don’t like hair around my face I was able to trim and style this to exactly what I wanted. I love the back of it so much too. Because my bio hair around my face is white I didn’t like the black roots so I used a method of highlighting small streaks with silver spray color, then pulled my bio hair out in the front. I wish I could photograph the back, it is darling.

Wigs.com has been very patient as I tried wig after wig in different colors, returning many of them. My goal was to find a piece that I could wear that looked very much like my own hair, but thicker and ready to go on a moments notice. I am retired and go out for walks, travel, and work outside many hours in my yard wearing a baseball cap and end up with hat hair. I cut my own hair with no experience but overall I do a pretty darned good job so I also trimmed this wig but I was very nervous as I have ruined wigs before and as we know, wig hair does not grow back! It appears my hair is getting thinner as I age so that is another reason it is fabulous to have this wig ready to go at any time. I am very happy with this wig overall. Besides trimming a few pieces very carefully and thoughtfully with professional hair trimming scissors, I also thinned the sides using professional thinning shears and since my hair has white streaks in the front, the dark roots didn’t look natural on me so I used a spray hair color to highlight the roots and lastly, pulled my bio hair out along the hairline so it really looks natural.
