This arrived and looked matted and used. I was told that they back comb for volume but this was sooooo much worse than a back comb. I sent it back and got a refund but they charged the shipping fee of $7.95. I believe the shipping should have also been refunded because the product WAS damaged.

We regret you did not like the Top Choice topper. the Basic cap construction is the most affordable but it does not have a hand tied top. This means the entire cap must be made from wefts. wefts, as you know will show the stitching without what is called permatease. this is the matted look you see at the base of the wefts which is put there to cover the wefting. it is of course not the more natural effect of monofilament tops, but very affordable.
Only NEW directly from the manufacturer items are sold on wigs.com. items returned which have been tried on with the hygiene guard are restyled and sold on wigoutlet.com. so you can be assured, your wigs.com purchases are coming straight from manufacturer.

I put off buying one of these for a few years. I was just so worried that everyone would be able to know that I had a wig on. Well, I tried this topper and am simply amazed and I feel beautiful. I don't want to scare you with the before pics, but know that I had almost NOTHING. What I do have is long like the wig, but probably as round as a pea when put in a pony tail. I did tape-in extensions and although they looked great for about 6 weeks, I would lose more and more hair every time I would take them out. I'm not sure how I got so lucky to get the EXACT match on my hair color. In the picture, I am holding onto my own hair so that you can tell the difference. I can't tell you how happy I am. I'm 50 and feel 30 again. You will not be disappointed.

My hair is long but it’s very thin & fine...The topper gives me all the fullness I need! I couldn’t have made a better choice. I have already made another purchase just two weeks later for. Full a full wig different style. I can’t wait for him to come. My topper came in a little over a week👌
